All bids are due by December 15, 2017 @ 4:00 p.m.

Bid winner will be notified by December 22, 2017.
Term of bid will be 3 years: January 1, 2018 to
December 31, 2020 with a yearly review.
First day of work will be January 1, 2018.
Payment will be made at the end of each month by a monthly supplied invoice mailed to the address above.

Job Requirements and Description for Church Custodian
Requirements to Include:
1. Proven working experience as a custodian (a person entrusted with maintenance, cleanliness, neatness, and safety
2. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
3. Integrity
Sanctuary Weekly:
1. Wipe out window sills and molding
2. Dust furniture
3. Vacuum floor
4. Sweep entrance
5. Pick up trash from pews (including communion cups)
Sanctuary Twice a Year:
1. Polish brass banister upstairs
Sanctuary as Needed:
1. Vacuum pew cushions
2. Wipe baseboards and doors
3. Clean windows
4. Wipe pews down
5. Clean spots on carpet
Office Weekly:
1. Dust and polish furniture
2. Vacuum carpet
3. Empty trash
Office as Needed:
1. Wipe down doors, cabinets, blinds, and windows
Sunday School Rooms and Hallways Weekly:
1. Empty trash
2. Dust
3. Vacuum
4. Wipe doorknobs
SS Rooms and Hallways as Needed:
1. Wipe down molding, baseboards, window sills, blinds, and doors
2. Clean spots on carpet
Stairways Weekly:
1. Sweep
Stairways as Needed:
1. Mop
2. Wipe banister
Bathrooms Weekly:
1. Cleaning of toilets, sinks, mirror, and floor
Bathrooms as Needed:
1. Wipe baseboards
2. Refill paper towels/toilet tissue
3. Refill soap in dispensers
Annex Weekly:
1. Sweep entrances
2. Wipe tables, chairs, and counters
3. Sweep and mop
4. Empty trash and wipe out cans
Annex as Needed:
1. Clean ceiling fans, refrigerator, filters on AC and ice machine, grate behind trash cans, window sills, baseboards, and doors
2. Dust shutters
3. Move tables and chairs
(Additional cleanup as needed for sports camp with appropriate compensation)
