Ministries Realizing that God has given each Christian spiritual gifts to be used for His Glory, there's a place of service for you here at First Baptist Church of Fairfax. These places of service, designed to help fulfull the heavenly vision for our church, are included in the following nine ministries: Prayer, Worship, Evengelism, Education, Music, Missions, Family, Fellowship and Operations. To be involved in any area of ministry you desire, we ask that you prayerfully consider how God would have you serve. If you do not know your special place of service, we will be happy to assist you by administering the Spiritual Gift Evaluation or by working with you to help you find it. New members added during the year will be assisted in selecting his or her ministry and may begin serving at this time.
It is our goal to have each of our members serving God in whatever way he or she desires. If you are unable or unwilling to actively participate in any ministries, we still value your opinions and appreciate your support as we all work together to carry out the Great Commission of Jesus Christ and to promote Christian fellowship and growth among our members.
